Redeham Homes commenced trading in 2001. Mark Bailey joined the company in January 2008 as Managing Director and has since been instrumental in restructuring the business to ensure it is well placed to prosper in what has become more challenging times for the residential sector. The company has underpinned its strong foundations under Mark's management and has rapidly made its mark in the UK property market, largely due to its multi award winning developments Accordia Living and Vie which are located in Cambridge.

Mark has over 20 years experience in the house building industry having started his career working for Laing Homes and Bryant Homes in a number of varied capacities. He joined Redeham Homes from Michael Shanly Homes where he was Managing Director playing a pivotal role in the re-organisation of the entire business.
